Dongo Consulting Pty Ltd helps organisations or businesses design frameworks and planning of interventions for the safe return to work, based on public health risk, impact on the economy and the health and safety at work act.

This will be achieved by assisting businesses and organisations with adopting structural, organisational systems and processes, and people management interventions that ensure all staff can return to a safe working environment.

Furthermore, we will assist with the acceleration of readiness for the structural workforce by returning to business operations through the design of phased return, based on the COVID-19 precautions and Occupational Health and Safety Act that are tailored for the individual, business or organisational needs.
